the STABLE rank is the Second rank on Unstable Factions. the rank includes 

• [UNSTABLE] prefix in chat

• 3 law keys every 3 days, 2 commander keys every 4 days, 2 Gold mafia keys every 5 days.  (the countdown only starts when you receive the keys, the keys do not stack over time.)

• Access to /craft, /anvil, /trash, /echest, /shout. (only outside of combat)

• Access to /kit plot. (use /kits in game to preview the kit) 24 hours cooldown

• Access to /kit stable.  (use /kits in game to preview the kit) 36 hours cooldown

• Access to /kit unstable. (use /kits in game to preview the kit) 48 hours cooldown

• +5 Blocks range in your own claims. (only outside of combat)

• lower RTP cooldown. (2 minutes)

• lower Chat cooldown.
